2. Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. Your message may also include a phone number, order reference, delivery details, photographs of a damaged item or other information needed to resolve your request. Please provide only information relevant to the request. Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents by ordinary email.
Our contact form prepares a draft in your email application. Completing the form alone does not send your message to us; you must send the email yourself. Your email provider handles that transmission under its own terms.
3. Browsing information
Our hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, request times, error details and referring page information when supplied by your browser. Approximate country information derived from an IP address may be used to apply regional availability restrictions. This is different from precise GPS location; the storefront does not request access to your device location.
4. Your shopping bag and browser storage
The website stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage under the key ferave-bag. This keeps your selection available when you move between pages or return using the same browser. The bag record does not contain payment-card details. It remains on your device until you change your selection, clear site data or your browser removes it.
You can remove items from the bag or delete the website’s stored data through your browser settings. Blocking storage may prevent the bag from working correctly. The current storefront does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. If additional tracking is introduced, this policy and any required choices will be updated before it is used.
5. Checkout and payment information
The current checkout is not accepting orders or payments. Its delivery and billing fields are not submitted to an order-processing service, and the card-entry fields are disabled. We do not collect card numbers or security codes through this checkout.
Before purchasing is enabled, the checkout and this policy will explain the payment and fulfillment services involved. Information necessary to process an order may include contact details, delivery and billing addresses, selected products, quantities, transaction references and payment status. Payment credentials should be entered only in the connected processor’s secure payment interface, never sent to customer care by email.
6. Why information is used
- To display the website, remember shopping selections and maintain its technical operation.
- To respond to enquiries and provide product, delivery and return assistance.

The period depends on the nature of the request, any unresolved dispute and legal recordkeeping requirements. Technical logs are subject to the relevant hosting provider’s retention practices. Where information no longer needs to be retained, it should be deleted or anonymized through the applicable service. Browser bag data is controlled separately on your device.

The current store has no advertising-based sale or sharing activity for a browser opt-out signal to disable. General Do Not Track signals do not change essential site operation. Any legally required opt-out preference signals will be honored for applicable processing.

Ferave is operated by a US business. Hosting, email and other providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those requirements apply.
